What is A|C Management Tech LLC?
We are an SEC-registered investment adviser that provides discretionary investment management services exclusively through our digital platform.
We use proprietary algorithms to manage portfolios of U.S. equities for sophisticated, high-net-worth individuals.
How does your investment process work?
1. You complete an online questionnaire to define your risk profile and investment goals.
2. Our algorithm creates a personalized investment strategy.
3. You fund your account, which is held in your name at our custodian, Interactive Brokers.
4. Our algorithms take over, making discretionary trades to execute and maintain your strategy. You can monitor everything through our platform.
What are your fees?
Our advisory fee is a performance-based fee of 35% of net profits, calculated annually and upon withdrawal. We do not charge commissions, hidden fees, or asset-based fees.

Do you have custody of my assets?
